Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and dealerships

• Promote ICBC and other insurance products effectively

• Process new plates, renewals, and other transaction types

• Upsell additional products to enhance client satisfaction

• Assist with calls and manage administrative duties

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Level 1 Insurance License as an asset, not required

• Strong drive to achieve sales goals

• Confident and engaging customer interaction skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
