As an Inside Salesperson reporting to the Business Centre Manager, you will utilize your skills and experience—minimum three years required—to enhance customer relations and follow-through. Your organizational capabilities will shine as you manage inquiries, negotiate special offers, and recommend associated products to boost sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly answer customer calls to determine needs

• Timely response to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

• Negotiate special pricing and conditions with customers

• Propose related products for additional sales

• Update technical knowledge on various product lines
Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience or relevant training background

• Strong verbal and written English communication
