As a Territory Sales Representative, you will manage your own sales territory while connecting with small and medium-sized businesses. Your responsibilities will revolve around understanding client needs, delivering valuable CFIB solutions, and establishing strong relationships. With initiatives focused on your growth, you’ll receive the necessary training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a thriving sales territory
• Consult with business owners to grasp their needs
• Present and sell CFIB solutions that add value
• Actively seek leads through multiple avenues
• Nurture relationships with CFIB members
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication skills for relationship-building
• Driven and comfortable working independently
• Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
