Delta Water Products is seeking an organized Sales Support Coordinator in Chilliwack to ensure our sales representatives can serve customers effectively. This on-site role is critical for managing orders and logistics.
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing orders, preparing documentation, and maintaining communication with suppliers and customers alike. Your contribution will be key in helping our team handle various projects efficiently across western Canada and Washington State.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process orders and keep sales documentation organized
• Coordinate freight operations with international suppliers
• Answer customer inquiries and assist in order management
• Request quotes and handle purchase orders when necessary
• Track materials and labor for ongoing projects
Requirements:
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft 365 are essential
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics considered a strong asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage priorities and attention to detail
• Experience in logistics or freight coordination preferred
