Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily crop scouting and pest identification.

• Execute and coordinate the IPM spray program efficiently.

• Monitor climate and irrigation performance for immediate action.

• Prepare and present daily and weekly performance reports.

• Collaborate closely with the cultivation team for operational alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in irrigation or fertigation in cannabis.

• Basic knowledge of climate control systems like Priva or Argus.

• Familiarity with Integrated Pest Management practices.

• Detail-oriented, proficient in Excel and tracking tools.

• Willingness to obtain a Pesticide Applicator Certificate.
