In this pivotal role at Rubicon, you will lead the execution of irrigation and integrated pest management strategies while ensuring optimal crop health. Candidates should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with data tracking tools like Excel. Hands-on experience in a commercial horticulture setup is essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily crop scouting and issue reporting for timely action.

• Implement and manage the IPM spray programs effectively.

• Track performance of climate and irrigation systems with data integrity.

• Prepare detailed reports on KPIs and operational challenges.

• Work alongside the cultivation team for optimal crop steering.

Requirements:

• Experience with fertigation and irrigation in plant cultivation.

• Basic knowledge of climate control systems (e.g., Priva).

• Expertise in Integrated Pest Management practices.

• Able to thrive in greenhouse conditions and manage technical issues.

• Commitment to acquiring a Pesticide Applicator Certificate.
