• 2nd to 4th year apprentice heavy-duty, diesel, or industrial mechanics
• A real passion for being a mechanic — you think about solutions to problems instead of waiting for a foreman to tell you what to do
• Already have some good basic experience under your belt and ready to advance your skills further
• Strong interest in hydraulics, electrical, and engines
• Safety-first mindset and good work ethic
• Eager to learn a specialized industry and complete your Red Seal
• Training provided, including arranged manufacturer training direct from Genie, JLG, Skyjack, and Haulotte
