We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or Industrial Millwright Mechanic to join our growing team in Chilliwack, British Columbia. This is a customer facing role maintaining crushers, shredders, screeners, and other specialized machinery. We are a rapidly growing dealership with national coverage, empowering employees to succeed, and an entrepreneurial environment where your contributions matter. Day shift, 7:00am 3:30pm (Monday to Friday with some weekend work).

44 to 48 hour work weeks on average.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty equipment including crushers, screeners, shredders, and grinders

Perform preventative maintenance and complete detailed documentation on work orders

Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding/fabrication needs

Work on both customer-owned and dealership equipment, indoors and outdoors

Travel as required to customer sites.

What Were Looking For

Experience as a Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician or Industrial Millwright Mechanic

Hands-on experience with heavy equipment; aggregate equipment knowledge is a strong asset

Strong skills in hydraulics, welding, and electrical diagnostics/repair

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Comfortable with tablets/iPads for digital work orders and reporting
