Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Journeyman Glazier who takes pride in their work. This role exists for those who value quality and refuse to settle for sloppy work. If you're a real glazier who wants your work to matter, apply.

You will install storefront, curtain wall and glass for commercial projects across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. You will follow drawings, site instructions and company standards, ensuring work is completed exactly as specified.

In addition to installation, you will:

• Report issues early and help the crew stay productive
• Support and mentor junior installers
• Spot problems early and ask questions before guessing
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment
• Leave behind work you’d be proud to put your name on

• 5+ years of glazing experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in installing storefront, curtain wall and glass on commercial projects
• Strong focus on installation accuracy, rework rate, labor efficiency, issue reporting and safety
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• English language proficiency (required)
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Chilliwack, BC V2P 4P3; reliable commute or relocation required

Up to $90,000.00 per year (up to $95,000 per year for exceptional performance)
