This role requires a high school diploma and involves physically demanding work across different environments, including industrial and rural settings. You'll inspect, measure, and prepare surfaces while ensuring high quality installations of different flooring types. Travel is required, and you will need your own tools, including steel-toed safety boots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and mark surfaces before installation

• Measure, cut, and install underlay and floor coverings

• Prepare and install hardwood and resilient flooring

• Remove old floor coverings and contaminants

• Repair damaged flooring as required

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate

• 1-7 months of relevant experience

• Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks

• Capable of distinguishing colors accurately

• Own steel-toed safety boots
