Heavy Equipment Multi Operators; Agassiz

The Nuna Group of Companies is now accepting resumes for an experienced Heavy Equipment Multi Operator with large earthworks construction and mining project experience.

• 3 week on / 3 week off rotations; 12-hour days
• Fly in / Fly out
• Competitive hourly rate with Overtime pay (1.5x)
• Commercial flights and accommodations are covered

• Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities.
• Maintain equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns.
• Complete production reporting and other documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members.
• Operate other heavy equipment if required.
• Follow all site, company and client specific safety protocols, policies, and procedures.

• Previous experience operating Loader, Dozer, Excavator, and Graders in a road building, mining, and/or industrial setting.
• Minimum three years of Finish Excavator experience with finishing work (grading/sloping/levelling) required.
• Previous experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life.
• Incorporate HS&E concepts into work activities and demonstrate concern for others' health & safety (co-workers, clients, and sub-trades).
• Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of working independently in a rapid-paced environment with good safety awareness.
• Experience with radio communications and protocols.
