Engage as a General Laborer focused on maintenance at Old Yale Brewing, part of The Pera Group. This position requires a proactive approach to repairs and enhancements across properties.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role emphasizes hands-on work alongside the Projects Lead, addressing maintenance tasks effectively. Your responsibilities will include drywall repair, minor electrical work, and routine inspections to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Strong interpersonal skills and accountability are vital in this customer-focused position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute general maintenance tasks as directed

• Diagnose problems and propose repair solutions

• Conduct drywall repairs, carpentry, and installations

• Keep work spaces organized and safe

• Utilize company vehicles to travel to various job sites

Requirements:

• Experience in handyman or maintenance roles

• In-depth knowledge of repair techniques and tools

• Valid B.C. driver’s license and clean abstract

• High physical stamina for manual labor tasks

• Attention to detail and effective communication skills
