Position: Experienced Renovation Carpenter Needed

Responsibilities encompass reading blueprints, executing restoration work, and effectively collaborating with specialists. Safety and precision are paramount in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately read blueprints and schematics

• Perform installations of various materials including tile and siding

• Conduct drywall repairs and finishing tasks

• Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools

• Support project estimation and planning efforts

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in renovation carpentry

• Strong proficiency in all carpentry aspects

• Capable of working in diverse conditions and lifting

• Familiar with construction estimating practices

• Excellent problem-solving skills
