Lead the charge in cannabis cultivation with Rubicon Organics as an Irrigation and IPM Specialist. Focus on crop monitoring, irrigation strategies, and effective pest management while ensuring optimal environmental conditions.
In this pivotal role at Rubicon Organics, you will spearhead daily crop scouting and implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies. Your efforts will ensure early detection of risks and facilitate timely interventions. Collaborate closely with the cultivation team to align environmental execution with crop health objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily crop scouting and risk reporting
• Execute IPM spray program per schedules
• Monitor climate and irrigation performance
• Implement and refine irrigation strategies
• Prepare daily and weekly KPI reports
Requirements:
• Experience with irrigation and fertigation systems
• Knowledge of climate control systems
• Familiarity with pest management practices
• Proficient in Excel and data tracking
• Willingness to obtain Pesticide Applicator Certificate
