Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance in occupied and vacant suites

• Execute drywall, plumbing, and minor construction tasks

• Address and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions

• Timely response to maintenance work orders

• Keep accurate logs of repairs completed

Requirements:

• 2 years of construction or maintenance experience

• Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Own the necessary tools for repairs

• Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks
