In this essential role, you will lead the daily monitoring of crops, addressing pest, disease, and irrigation challenges. Your contributions will directly impact production quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and coordinate IPM practices and schedules
• Track and analyze irrigation performance metrics
• Document and escalate issues to management
• Refine irrigation strategies based on trial data
• Collaborate in developing cultivation and pest management plans
Requirements:
• Background in cannabis or horticulture irrigation
• Knowledge of IPM processes and crop health monitoring
• Strong data management and Excel skills
• Comfortable in greenhouse environments
• Pesticide Applicator Certificate or willingness to obtain
