Michael Silao, MD is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Chino Hills, CA. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
• Provide patient education on disease management, prevention, and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California (NP-C or equivalent)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• Current DEA license and prescriptive authority
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• 1+ years of clinical NP experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
