Execute the CARE sales model with each guest and relate how 24 Hour Fitness's products/services will satisfy their fitness needs.;
Tour potential members through the club and describe the facility, equipment, services and amenities that directly tie back to their individual fitness needs and goals.;
On-boards new members successfully and assist with all member retention activities to drive club profitability.;
Prospecting and Lead Generation: obtain leads from the community and internally; set appointments; manage leads using a lead management system.;
Provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience by engaging with members/potential members and coordinating with the Sales and Service Manager.
