Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details for follow-up;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution location, including loading areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized activity by observing site conditions, reporting concerns, and following post instructions;
Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, reviewing unusual activity, and assisting with traffic and visitor flow during busy shipping and receiving periods
