Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, verifying credentials and directing people according to location procedures;
Support loss prevention efforts by observing freight movement, trailer activity, and restricted areas, reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations
