Business Process Automation Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Process Automation Engineer with expertise in Type Script, Node.js, and API consumption. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement automation solutions to streamline and optimize various business processes.

• Process Analysis and Design:
  Analyze and understand existing business processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
• Design automated solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy in business operations.
• Scripting and Development:
  Utilize Type Script and Node.js to script and develop automated solutions, implementing code to integrate with APIs and orchestrate processes seamlessly.
• API Consumption:
  Integrate with third‑party APIs and services to facilitate data exchange and process automation, ensuring secure and efficient usage.
• Workflow Automation:
  Design and implement workflow automation solutions to streamline end‑to‑end business processes.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and implement automation accordingly, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
• Data Integration:
  Develop solutions for integrating and transforming data between different systems and databases, including data synchronization processes to ensure consistency.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions.
• Documentation:
  Create comprehensive documentation for automated solutions, including design specifications, code documentation, and user guides, ensuring knowledge transfer and up‑to‑date documentation.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Process Automation Engineer with expertise in Type Script and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of API consumption and integration.
• Experience in designing and implementing workflow automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards.
• Knowledge of low‑code or no‑code automation platforms.
• Previous experience with process mining tools.
• Exposure to data integration and ETL processes.
