Soccer Shots North Inland Empire is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable part-time soccer coach to bring energy, creativity, and a love for the game to children ages 2-8. If you’re passionate about working with kids and making a positive impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Soccer Shots Coach
, you will:

• Bring "Soccer Island" to life with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Independently lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, including field setup and takedown.
• Foster character development through positive reinforcement and role modeling.
• Utilize our expert-designed curriculum and early childhood development techniques.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants.
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
• Work independently 90% of the time
  , confidently managing your own sessions.

• Experience with young children (ages 2-8) is highly preferred.
• Must be able to pass a FBI & State fingerprint background check
• Passion for children, sports, and making a difference.
• Energetic, engaging, and responsible personality.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of young players.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills.
• Willingness to obtain state-required clearances.
