House Smart Construction is hiring a full-time Installer to support the Crew Chief in daily setup of homes. You will travel to job sites, load/unload materials, and assist with vapor barriers, piers, and masonry work while training teammates.
The role requires work in all outdoor conditions, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CDL or safety certifications are a plus; pay starts at $20/hr+ based on experience with weekly pay.
