Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Yardi software to manage and maintain property financial records
- Maintain confidential financial records for multiple properties
- Collaborate with the accounting team to bring property accounting in-house
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
- Assist with any language-specific financial documentation
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Quick Books and Yardi software
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in property accounting
- Familiarity with commercial real estate accounting practices
