Entry Level Accounting

Our client is looking for an Entry-Level Accounting Associate to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to gain hands‑on accounting experience and grow their career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month‑end close activities and account reconciliations
• Prepare spreadsheets and financial reports using Excel
• Assist with filing, documentation, and audit preparation
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Internship or previous office/accounting experience is a plus
