Accounting Manager (JN - Chino, California
Salary: USD 80000 - USD 100000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and manage monthly commission calculations.
- Handle quarterly sales tax filings (California) and annual filings for other states.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct detailed account analysis.
- Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close processes.
- Support audit activities by preparing documentation and providing clear explanations.
- Utilize Quick Books and other accounting tools to ensure efficient and accurate financial management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field (U.S.
-based). - 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books required).
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain a reliable, consistent work schedule.
