Front Desk Receptionist - Join Our Growing Team at ehomes!
Are you an organized multitasker with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service? ehomes is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our dynamic real estate team. In this pivotal role, you will greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members while managing phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and online inquiries efficiently.
- Support day-to-day operations by handling mail, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Coordinate monthly new agent onboarding sessions.
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer with administrative tasks.
Full Time: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with benefits.
Part Time: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Compensation: $19 hourly.
