Trellis Chino is a 59-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care that helps every resident thrive. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our residents, families, visitors, and staff.### Position Summary As a Receptionist, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of our front office.###

Essential Duties
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
* Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
* Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks
* Maintain organized records and office systems
* Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
* Support the team with various clerical and office responsibilities as needed### Qualifications
