Job Description
The Administrator is responsible for keeping the location(s) they manage in good working order and have it meet Honda's standards. This includes all maintenance, vendor management and purchase orders associated with that responsibility.

Pay$26.44 per hour
Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities for assigned locations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contracted services are completed according to established standards.
- Submit, track, and follow up on work orders and facility service requests.
- Create and process purchase orders, invoices, and related facility documentation.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and service providers.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and help resolve operational issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor services, contracts, and facility documentation.
- Support facility projects, office moves, and workplace improvements as needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding facility-related needs, service schedules, and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and facility standards.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. - Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities administration, facility operations, property administration, office services, maintenance coordination, or a related role.
- Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, and maintenance activities.
- Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, budgets, or procurement-related processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze issues, coordinate solutions, and follow projects through completion.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
