Inbound Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Contract to Hire position based out of Chino, CA. Supports automotive call center operations by managing inbound calls, scheduling recall appointments, providing dealership information, documenting calls, dispatching to appropriate departments, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Must be available Monday‑Friday from 6 am‑5 pm.

• Manage a large volume of inbound calls, delivering great customer service in a timely manner.
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information.
• Handle 30‑40 inbound calls per shift and support inquiries on recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting malfunctioning radio codes.
• Capture customer concerns and properly document calls to create a case.
• Provide accurate information, close cases, and/or dispatch to the proper department for additional assistance.
• Work fluidly with the team for clear feedback and growth opportunities.
• Handle high‑volume inbound settlement calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Provide detailed claim information and support to customers, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in using call center software and tools to manage customer interactions and data.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and claim resolution rates.
• Use multiple screens, software, and processes to assist customers. Must be available Monday‑Friday from 6 am‑5 pm.

• Must be able to work with a team and independently.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum.
• Computer skills – navigate multiple screens, tabs, software, etc.
• Previous customer service experience.
• College degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered sufficient.
• Good decision‑making skills – able to work independently with little supervision.
• Automotive or dealer experience is a huge plus, but is preferred, not required.

Pay range: $20.00 per hour.
