TEKsystems in Chino, CA is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to handle 30-40 calls per shift, assist with recalls, warranties, and radio codes, and accurately document customer concerns.
This fully onsite contract role runs Monday to Friday, 6 am to 5 pm, with a $20.00 per hour pay rate and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). You will use call center software, meet performance targets, and collaborate with teammates for growth.
