In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot by helping them with purchases and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. What you’ll do

Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them of any pickup delays, informing them when products are unavailable, offering alternative options, ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies, ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandising procedures, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations.

Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, handling payments, utilizing cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, resolving member issues and concerns, promoting products and services, organizing and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds, assisting members with transportation, utilizing cart retrieval equipment, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers and co‑workers; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; determining and recommending improvement opportunities; and adapting to learning from change and feedback.

Salary and Benefits
  • Hourly wage: $18.00–$26.00 per hour*
  • Potential premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
