The Learning Experience – Chino is looking for a positive, hands-on team member to help support our teachers, classrooms, and Center Director. This role is ideal for someone with preschool experience who enjoys working with children, mentoring teachers, and helping classrooms run smoothly. Responsibilities include supporting teachers with implementing curriculum and planning engaging learning experiences, spending time in classrooms providing guidance, encouragement, and coaching, helping teachers with classroom management, daily routines, and transitions, training and supporting new teachers as they become familiar with our program, observing classrooms and sharing helpful feedback to promote consistency and growth, stepping into classrooms as needed to provide coverage and support, helping prepare classroom materials and ensuring teachers have what they need for the week, assisting the Center Director with day-to-day tasks and projects as needed, helping maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment throughout the center, and being a team player who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever support is needed.

Qualifications include a minimum of 12 ECE units required, administration units preferred, previous preschool teaching experience required, strong classroom management skills, a positive attitude with a passion for coaching and supporting teachers, being organized, dependable, and able to multitask, and having strong communication and teamwork skills.
