Your work environment

As Head of Studies for Energetic Processes and Materials, you will join a dynamic team at the Bouchet Research Center (91). You will be involved in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting manufacturing processes, in collaboration with technical, quality, and production teams. Your mission is crucial to ensure the performance and compliance of our industrial processes, while contributing to innovation and competitiveness  will work in an environment where science transforms into concrete solutions, from the first development phases to the preparation of small industrial series.

Your missions

• Design and pilot:
  Design, organize, and pilot programs for tests and material development.
• Process optimization:
  Advance manufacturing processes to improve performance, quality, safety, and production costs.
• Test follow-up:
  Ensure the follow-up of tests from laboratory to pilot scale.
• Results analysis:
  Analyze experimental results and guide technical choices.
• Maturity increase:
  Participate in the maturity increase of new technologies.
• Investment reflections:
  Contribute to investment reflections and the definition of new industrial means.
• Preparation for industrialization:
  Prepare future phases of industrialization and accompany the development of a series production culture.

Profile sought

• Education:
  
  General engineer degree (Bac+5) in one of the following fields:
• Process engineering
• Materials
• Experience:
  
  Experience in one of the mentioned fields, ideally in an industrial environment, heavy chemistry, polymer chemistry, or pyrotechnics.
• Technical skills:
  Mastery of modeling and simulation tools for processes, knowledge of quality and safety standards.
• Languages:
  
  Proficiency in technical English is a plus.
