As part of its growth, Hexcel, a market leader, is recruiting an HSE Intern to join the Structil production site (55 employees) located in Vert-le-Petit, Essonne.

The intern's main missions will focus on the environment, sustainable development of the site, and risk prevention program.

• Participate in updates to the environmental analysis.
• Contribute to the development of the Groupe Cority tool.
• Participate in the deployment of the Group's environmental standards.
• Actively participate in the deployment of on-site prevention actions.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of various regulatory controls, as well as the follow-up of associated actions.
• Carry out and improve environmental reporting.
• Implement an action plan for sustainable development (ideas, benchmarking, deployment).
• Lead the evacuation of hazardous waste (staff awareness, BSD, registers, guidelines).
• Participate in daily activities: waste management, chemical risks, PPE management...

Required skills:

• Intern preparing for a bachelor's degree (4/5 years)
• Knowledge of HSE and ISO
  45001/14001 standards
• Proficiency in office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• English level A2 written and spoken required
