As part of a replacement, Hexcel, market leader, is recruiting an HSE Intern to join the Structil production site of the Hexcel company (55 employees) located in Vert-le-Petit (Essonne).
The main missions of the intern will be oriented towards the prevention of occupational risks and the guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Main activities:
- Participate in the different assessments of occupational risks.
- Contribute to the deployment of Group standards in Health and Safety at Work
- Participate actively in the deployment of prevention actions on the ground.
- Participate in the maintenance and development of the Group Cority tool.
- Contribute to the maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
- Recognize, identify, analyze and propose solutions in the face of the different risks present on the site (chemical, ATEX, exothermy…).
- Participate in the implementation and follow-up of various regulatory controls, and ensure the follow-up of the associated actions.
- Pilot the evacuation of hazardous waste (staff awareness, BSD, register, guidelines).
- Participate in daily actions: PPE management, HSE animations, talks…
Required skills:
- Intern in preparation for a bachelor’s degree +4/5
- Mastery of the Office pack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of HSE and ISO
45001/14001 standards - Knowledge of chemistry is a plus
- Teamwork
- Communication skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Rigorous and autonomous
- English level A2 written and spoken required
