As part of a replacement, Hexcel, market leader, is recruiting an HSE Intern to join the Structil production site of the Hexcel company (55 employees) located in Vert-le-Petit (Essonne).

The main missions of the intern will be oriented towards the prevention of occupational risks and the guarantee of regulatory compliance.

Main activities:

• Participate in the different assessments of occupational risks.
• Contribute to the deployment of Group standards in Health and Safety at Work
• Participate actively in the deployment of prevention actions on the ground.
• Participate in the maintenance and development of the Group Cority tool.
• Contribute to the maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Recognize, identify, analyze and propose solutions in the face of the different risks present on the site (chemical, ATEX, exothermy…).
• Participate in the implementation and follow-up of various regulatory controls, and ensure the follow-up of the associated actions.
• Pilot the evacuation of hazardous waste (staff awareness, BSD, register, guidelines).
• Participate in daily actions: PPE management, HSE animations, talks…

Required skills:

• Intern in preparation for a bachelor’s degree +4/5
• Mastery of the Office pack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of HSE and ISO
  45001/14001 standards
• Knowledge of chemistry is a plus
• Teamwork
• Communication skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Rigorous and autonomous
• English level A2 written and spoken required
