• Perform inventory cycle counts at multiple warehouse locations
• Ability to type detailed information into database
• Read and interpret documents (i.e., invoices, shipping labels, BOL’s, etc…)
• Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
• Evaluate and research inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in the company database
• Generate data reports on periodic basis for management and customers
• Maintain logs and databases for inventory accuracy
• Create and update warehouse mapping system
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for inbound / receiving inventory
• Communicating with cross‑functional teams
• Other general office administrative / customer service duties
• WILL PROVIDE TRAINING

• Must be computer / tech savvy (technical experience with computers and computer software)
• Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• + Years in Inventory / Cycle counting or related field
• Reliable form of transportation (Some travel required)
• An open schedule (Some Saturdays shifts and/or overtime will be required)
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
• Willingness to help in all aspects / departments
• Drone Piloting / Flying (Not required, but a plus)
• Forklift Operating (Not required, but a plus)

Mon – Fri (Some Saturday shift required / Sliding shift schedule) 8 Hour Shift (Some overtime required)
