This is a full-time on-site role as a Staffing Recruiter at Changing Lives Staffing Inc. located in Chino, CA. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing staffing services, including hiring and temporary placement. Your day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with clients and candidates, conducting recruiting activities, and ensuring successful placements.
Qualifications- Experience in staffing services, skilled placements, full cycle on-boarding, national recruitment, hiring, and industrial placements.
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong recruiting abilities
- Knowledge of hiring practices and regulations
- Experience working in the staffing industry
- Certifications in recruitment or related fields is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
