We are seeking high‑potential graduates who aspire to grow long‑term in the U.S. market. Through structured training and hands‑on rotations, this 12‑month program aims to develop future Warehouse Managers, Station Heads, and Functional Leaders.

• Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors accepted (logistics/supply chain/management preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin.
• Fast learner with strong execution and adaptability.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and willing to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership potential required.
• This role is primarily based in the warehouse and frontline supply chain operations.
• The position involves a moderate level of physical work, including but not limited to package scanning, shelving and de‑shelving, lifting and moving packages, label replacement, and information verification.
• Participate directly in warehouse operational processes to gain hands‑on understanding of frontline operations and workflow logic.
• Work schedules may include early morning or evening shifts based on business needs.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required by business operations.
