What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute end‑to‑end supply plans across assigned categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels and service performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand product preferences, sample requirements, and expectations for new items.
  • Oversee product lifecycle planning, including phase‑ins, phase‑outs, and end‑of‑life inventory strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts and supply planning professionals by providing coaching, training, performance feedback, and day‑to‑day guidance. Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team focused on continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Support talent development through onboarding, cross‑training, career development, and succession planning while helping establish best practices and standardized processes across the team.
  • Lead supply planning processes and drive alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Manage the purchase order lifecycle, including creation, timing, expediting, and financial impact in partnership with Procurement and Finance.
  • Establish and maintain supply planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points, and MOQs) to improve system accuracy and performance.
  • Monitor and report on inventory health, service levels, and working capital metrics; proactively adjust plans to meet targets.
  • Identify supply risks, constraints, and capacity gaps; develop mitigation strategies and communicate impacts to leadership.
  • Serve as a key contributor and facilitator in the monthly S&OP process, including demand‑supply reconciliation, scenario planning, and executive readiness.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and vendor partners to resolve supply issues, improve lead times, and enhance reliability.
  • Lead supply planning support for new product introductions (NPI), including launch readiness and ramp‑up strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, reduce costs, and improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
