Logistic Channel Manager - Bilingual in Mandarin

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Channel Manager to lead the development and management of our U.S. transportation network. This role is ideal for a commercially minded logistics professional who excels in carrier negotiations, cost optimization, and strategic relationship management.

• Develop and evaluate parcel, trucking, and other transportation channels to improve cost efficiency and overall supply chain performance
• Lead carrier contract reviews and commercial negotiations while managing legal, financial, and operational risks
• Expand and integrate reliable carrier resources to build a flexible and resilient transportation network
• Build long-term relationships with carrier partners at all levels, from operational teams to senior executives
• Secure competitive rates, favorable terms, priority capacity, and additional support from logistics partners
• Manage major shipment disputes, billing audits, claims, and appeals to protect company assets
• Collaborate closely with domestic and international teams to support business growth and operational continuity

• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate how logistics terms affect cost and business performance
• Extensive experience in logistics channel development, carrier management, or transportation procurement
• Solid understanding of the U.S. parcel and freight transportation market
• Excellent resource-development and cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Native-level English communication skills

• Strong verbal communication skills, flexibility, and a solid commercial background
• Experience in third-party logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or cross-border logistics
• Existing relationships or resources within the U.S. carrier market are highly desirable
