Operations Conversion / Bags Lead Support - 1st Shift
1st Shift | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
$33.00/hour + Benefits
We are seeking a skilled Operations Conversion / Bags Lead Support professional to join our production team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with strong conversion machine experience, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and support conversion machinery to maximize production output.
- Assist with production scheduling, order tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure quality standards, GMP, and SQF requirements are met.
- Verify materials and inventory availability before production runs.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of conversion machinery operating experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, SQF, and safety standards preferred.
- Competitive pay - $33.00/hour
