Production Operator Associate

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operator Associates to join a leading plastics manufacturing company in Chino, CA. This position is responsible for supporting production operations, maintaining product quality, and ensuring products are packaged and processed according to customer specifications.

• Review production orders and work instructions.
• Remove finished plastic products from winders and place them on scales to verify weight.
• Package products into cartons according to order specifications.
• Apply labels, tags, and barcodes as required.
• Maintain product quality standards based on order requirements.
• Keep the work area clean and free of scrap plastic, debris, and other hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with production processes and perform other duties as assigned.
• Train to operate manufacturing machinery and equipment.

• Rotating schedule working 3–4 days per week
• 12-hour shifts
• 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Overtime opportunities may be available.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must successfully complete E-Verify employment verification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
