Yard Worker/General Laborer

Pridestaff is currently seeking a Yard Worker/General Laborer for a recycling company located in San Bernardino, CA. Please see the job requirements below to be considered.

• Pay Rate: $17-18
• Shift: Monday – Friday, Hours 7:00am-4pm and Saturdays 7:00-12pm

Job Duties: Will be in the yard performing general yard clean up, traffic control, or inspecting. Will also be pulling, pushing, and sorting metal scrap. Will also be removing metal scrap or "depolluting" cars. Will be removing tires and batteries from cars. Will be required to wear steel-toed shoes and other assigned Personal Protection Equipment including long-sleeved shirts.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months working in a Yard or related experience within the last year.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and stoop throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work outside.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
