Monday – Friday | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (DOE)

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sewing Associate to join our production team in Chino, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing machines, following production specifications, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow work orders, sewing patterns, and production specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and sew fabric or other materials as required.
• Maintain production quotas while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Previous sewing experience required; industrial sewing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate sewing machines and use measuring tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
