Position
Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care Medicine
LocationChino, CA
Job TypeFull-time (or Part-time) – Employed model with full benefits and a 401(k).
Salary & BenefitsHourly rate: $85/hour for full-time (plus overtime) and $80/hour for part-time (plus overtime). Sign‑on bonus: $10,000. Annual retention bonus: $10,000. Annual performance bonus: $10,000. Salary: $200,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Family Nurse Practitioners practice twelve‑hour (12) shifts with two 30‑minute breaks daily.
- Full‑time is defined as a minimum of 12 on‑site shifts per month and 2 on‑call shifts per month.
- Part‑time is a minimum of 6 on‑site shifts per month and no call.
- Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full‑Spectrum care) in a low‑acuity setting.
- Perform bread & butter procedures: I&D, toenail removal, and laceration repair.
- Utilize in‑house point‑of‑care testing, X‑ray, and EKG.
- Provide X‑ray results within 20 minutes for routine orders.
- Use Experity EMR with Dragon dictation for documentation.
- Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies.
- CA Medical License active and in good standing with no restrictions.
- CA DEA Certificate in good standing with no restrictions.
- One or more years of relevant urgent care experience.
