LVN - San Diego, CA Full-time, Contract

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA (must be licensed for at least 1 year)
• Driver’s License or Passport Identification
• BLS (American Heart Association only)
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation to drive to work
• Must have up-to-date vaccinations with documentation status or be willing to get a booster

• Provide direct nursing care to individuals within a local facility
• Assess and address patients’ healthcare needs, including monitoring vital signs and conducting routine health checks
• Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of dosage and frequency
• Conduct health assessments to identify and address medical issues, collaborating with physicians as needed
