Trellis Chino is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our NOC shift in Chino, CA. The 4 days on / 2 days off rotation supports a stable schedule in a 59-bed skilled nursing facility near Chino Valley Medical Center.
Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, monitoring resident conditions, supervising CNAs, and communicating with the care team. California LVN license in good standing required; new graduates welcome.
