Trellis Chino is a 59-bed short-term skilled nursing facility located near Chino Valley Medical Center. We are seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our NOC shift team in Chino, CA.
The role offers a 3:00PM–11:00PM shift, with a 4 days on / 2 days off rotation and pay ranging from $29 to $33 per hour, depending on experience. Ideal candidates include both experienced LVNs and new graduates looking to begin a career in skilled nursing.
