Position Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trellis Chino, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You will support residents with daily needs while contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals

Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfers

Observe, monitor, and report changes in resident condition

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required
